The softair rifle from Specna Arms SA-E09 Edge S-AEG with spring quick change system in caliber 6 mm BB and approx. 1.4 joules of energy belongs to the Edge series (The Edge series is the extended, better series) and is the Specna Arms middle class. The weapon housing also known as the body or lowerreceiver and upperreciever of this airsoft weapon is made of aluminum and is extremely sturdy. The handguard is made of aluminum. Improvements over the Core series : -Reinforce Polymer Piston (full steel tooth) -Aluminum Air Seal Nozzle -Aluminum Double O-Ring Cylinder Head / Piston Head -Ball Bearing Springguide -Rotary Hop-Up Unit On the aluminum handguard and body is a Picatinny rail according to MIL-STD-1913 or STANAG 2324 (NATO) on which all types of aiming aids whether scope or red dot sight can be mounted. Specna Arms has built in a horizontally and vertically adjustable rear sight and a height-adjustable front sight. The rear sight and front sight are flip-up. The outer barrel has a 14 mm left-hand thread for mounting a dummy silencer or a tracer unit for urban combat. The mounted muzzle flash hider is made of polymer. Specna Arms has also put a lot of thought into a realistic look, partly taking original markings from a Sharp AR-15 from the manufacturer Rock River Arms. The fire selector lever is located on both sides and locks perfectly on the different settings. Due to the slightly curved trigger guard, the trigger is easy to operate even with gloves. The pistol grip is ergonomically designed. The sling swivel above the grip has a mount for risers on the left and right sides. To access the adjustable hop-up in the case ejection window, pull the Charging Handle to the rear. The T-shaped charging handle on this model has ambidextrous (ambi) detents that are synchronized. Whether you pull left, right or both sides, the charging handle is easy to operate. The Specna Arms comes with a high-cap magazine. The magazine holds about 300 BB's and is loaded by turning up the cocking wheel. The stock of the rifle has room for an 11.1 volt Lipo Triple-Stick battery. The installed gearbox from Specna Arms is a V2 metal gearbox with 8mm bearings. The inner barrel is about 320mm long. With an adjustable hop-up chamber, the range and accuracy of the assault rifle is remarkable. Muzzle velocity is max 388FPS with 0.20g BB's, which is equivalent to 1.4 joules of energy. We recommend to use high quality G&G BB's from 0,25g. A battery is not included in the delivery. A charger is not included in the scope of delivery.
