With the Stabo freetalk digi_8, a powerful and above all digital PMR radio comes onto the playing fields. The digital radio allows for the first time the encryption of individual channels and thus makes the radios tap-proof.
Our range test showed a first class voice connection over a distance of more than 600m through buildings and trees!!!
The Stabo Freetalk Digi 8 provides communications over 8 digital and 8 analog channels. It also has 105 digital DCS codes that follow the 50 CTCSS codes. This feature allows a group of people to talk to each other without other users interfering with the communication.
The Stabo Freetalk Digi 8 is designed for professional requirements and offers numerous functions & features. These include:
- IP54 moisture protection
- Use in heat, dust or strong vibrations
- Working temperature is between -20 and 40 degrees.
- Scan (Channel Scan - analog mode only)
- BCL (Busy Channel Blocking),
- TOT (timed transmission)
The digi_8 can be extensively configured with the separately available programming software.
With the included battery, which has a capacity of 1650 mAh, a long operating time is guaranteed. Thus, the digi_8 can easily last a whole day of play without having to recharge it.
The charging time of the battery is 6 hours. Compared to many batteries available on the market, this is a Li-Ion battery.
It is recommended to use 3 full battery charges and discharges for the first use.
