The PTS® Enhanced Polymer Magazine ONE, or EPM1, is the most advanced and highest capacity spring loaded AEG magazine ever produced. Aptly named the EPM1, the magazine is the FIRST in many ways: The EPM1 is the First collaborative development between PTS and Odin Innovations The EPM1 is the First spring loaded AEG magazine to rival the capacity of a high cap mag with an approximate 250 bb capacity The EPM1 is the First AEG magazine with a “Fuel Gauge” window to indicate full or remaining bb load The EPM1 is the First magazine to reliably achieve both high load capacity and high rate of fire performance   Externally, the EPM1 has also been updated significantly.  As with the original EPM and all PTS polymer products, the EPM1 shell is made with Dupont Zytel® polymer which makes it extremely durable and strong.  Another carryover feature is the continuous mag well guide to reduce snagging when drawing from or inserting into pouches or the rifle mag well.  Our signature EP texture has been implemented onto the shell to give the magazine a positive texture for better grip and tactile feel.  The texture along the spines have been changed to ridges for even more positive tactility and allows the EPM1 to be compatible with the Magpul Maglink® Coupler.   The baseplate of the EPM1 has also been completely redesigned.  The slide-in design makes the baseplate more durable and resistant to damage or popping off if the magazine is dropped.  It is also significantly slimmer than the first generation EPM’s so stacking the magazines in pouches or during storage takes up less space than before.  The basepad’s heel is angled to be able to act as a monopod during supported shooting and, as before, a marking matrix is incorporated into the basepad for magazine identification use.  The ribbed front ledge that provides positive indexing of the magazine when drawing from a pouch or plate carrier is now incorporated into the EPM1’s main body.   The new enhanced magazine follower is the result of our design collaboration with Deranged Designs. The improved follower keeps the pressure of the spring concentrated in line with the bb stack instead adding sideways pressure to the bb stack and against the walls of the magazine bb channel. This new follower design greatly improves the bb feeding speed and consistency and completely prevents bbs from sliding past the follower and creating a jam.   The most significant and innovative external feature of the EPM1 is the Fuel Gauge window.  With the new unique orange mag level indicator, you can immediately know if the magazine is filled to capacity, its approximate remaining capacity, or if the magazine is empty. When the magazine is fully loaded, mag level indicator will show at the top of the window. As you fire the bb’s out of the EPM1, the orange indicator will travel down the window until it reaches the bottom of the window at which time the magazine is emptied.   This high capacity AEG magazine holds 250 rounds with the same reliability that all PTS magazines have long been famous for. The G&G ARP 556 2.0 Polarstar version is a further development of the popular ARP 556 series. Unlike the ARP 556, the ARP 556 2.0 has a polymer body with a refreshed design and is equipped with a removable hand stop. The polymer body keeps the overall weight down but is still robust. The new GOS-V9 minimalist, retractable PDW-style stock provides more space for the battery and can be adjusted to 5 positions. An optional battery extension (sold separately) will provide even more space. The included high-capacity 300-round magazine is made of high-strength, nylon-reinforced polymer and features rubberised finger grooves for better handling when reloading.   The aluminium handguard comes with 3 positions for attaching accessories. The RIS rail on top is completely continuous. Inside, a 6.08 mm 168 mm inner rail is installed, which is 40 mm longer than the original. The rotating hop-up chamber made of polymer improves the consistency and precision of the adjustments. The materials as well as the workmanship are excellent as known from G&G. Thanks to the modern F2 HPA system from Polarstar, the ARP 556 Polarstar HPA - version can convince all around. What is an F2? The F2 is essentially a mini Fusion engine. It offers the same adjustability and performance as the Fusion Engine compressed to the size of a cylinder. Patented Dual Solenoid Design The F2™'s dual solenoid design, offers the same functionality as the legendary Fusion Engine™, but in a more compact, efficient and flexible design. Thanks to two solenoids, the nozzle and the poppet valve can be adjusted independently to uniquely control both the charging time and the air volume. In addition, it is possible to change the firing sequence so that it can be operated in both true closed bolt and "AEG" modes. Increased efficiency The F2™ features a new one-piece, lightweight poppet valve design, but operates on the same principle as the Fusion Engine™ poppet. This valve can operate at lower pressures and uses less air volume to function, optimising air efficiency. The standard F2 poppet is the same as the Fusion Engine's Red Low Flow poppet. Spring-loaded nozzle The F2™ nozzle is spring biased forward to provide consistent power regardless of operating pressure. It features the same spring as the Fusion Engine™, with both light and heavy spring options available to adjust boost pressure. The robust design of the F2 ™ allows for an operating pressure range of 45psi to 145psi, making it possible to achieve power levels from CQB to DMR while using only one nozzle for the entire speed setting range. Offset nozzles The F2 is compatible with virtually any AEG gearbox, including those with staggered jets that can use either a centreline or staggered front cylinder. The front cylinders are interchangeable and a centreline F2 can be converted to an offset F2 by simply changing the front cylinder and nozzle.
